2. Course Structure and Changes

2.3. Instructor Changes: While we strive to provide consistent instructors, Rupsa Finearts reserves the right to change or assign new instructors to a course if needed.

3. Attendance and Conduct

3.1. Attendance: Regular attendance is recommended for students to maximize learning. Students should inform the administration in advance if they are unable to attend a class. Make-up classes may be offered based on availability and at the discretion of the school.

3.2. Student Conduct: Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior in all interactions with instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and Rupsa Finearts reserves the right to remove students from a course if they engage in inappropriate behavior.

3.3. Use of Materials: All students are expected to handle the school’s materials and equipment with care. Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence may result in the student being charged for the replacement or repair of damaged items.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

4.1. Course Materials: All course content, including handouts, tutorials, videos, and other materials provided by Rupsa Finearts, are the intellectual property of the school and its instructors. Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior permission.

4.2. Student Work: While the rights to individual artwork created by students remain with the student, Rupsa Finearts reserves the right to photograph and display student works for promotional purposes, including on the website, social media, and other marketing materials. Students may request exclusion by providing written notice in advance.

5. Diploma and Certification

5.1. Certification: Upon successful completion of a course, students may be eligible for a diploma or certification. Certification requirements, including attendance, coursework submission, and evaluation, will be specified at the start of the course.

5.2. Issuance of Certificates: Diploma certificates will be issued to students who meet all course requirements and complete the prescribed curriculum.

6. Health and Safety

6.1. Safety Guidelines: Students must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors, particularly when using potentially hazardous materials or equipment. Rupsa Finearts is not liable for any injury or damage caused by negligence or failure to follow safety protocols.

6.2. Personal Responsibility: Students are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Rupsa Finearts does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1. Cancellation by Students: Students may withdraw from a course by providing written notice at least one week before the course start date. Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

7.2. Termination by Rupsa Finearts: The school reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for failure to adhere to these terms, including misconduct, non-payment of fees, or failure to meet course requirements. No refunds will be provided for terminations resulting from a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rupsa Finearts will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred while attending courses or participating in any activity related to the school. Students participate in courses at their own risk.
